Hypnotherapy is a gently guided process that helps you enter a deeply relaxed state where your mind becomes more open to positive change—without force or struggle.

Think of it as a guided meditation, but a little more interactive—you stay in control while working with your subconscious to create lasting shifts. The sessions are in English, but we speak your mind’s mother tongue: imagery and symbolism.

Your mind thinks in images or concepts, not in words. So if I ask you to think of a chair, you’ll picture a chair as you hear the word. Now, what type of chair (high, low, wood, confortable, etc.) will tell us more about you than you can imagine – while opening you up for solutions and possibilities that went unnoticed before.

In short: Hypnotherapy works because the instead of forcing change from the outside with 5% of your mind, you work with the 95% that runs things on autopilot. Addressing the root of the issue and “replanting” a better belief or solution in its place.

Now if you want more detail: changing thoughts and behaviors without addressing the subconscious mind is like fixing a pixelated image by replacing the screen—it’s the wrong level. The image resolution does not depend on the physical screen.

Your conscious mind—the part reading this right now—makes up just 5% of your daily thoughts, decisions, and habits. It’s great for setting goals, making plans, and taking action.

But 95% of your mind is subconscious—it runs your automatic responses, beliefs, and emotional patterns. If there’s an outdated or limiting belief running in the background, no amount of willpower or “trying harder” will create lasting changebecause your subconscious will “automatically” pull you back into old habits. Why? Becuase it’s running a predefined “program”.

Our work is to find that program and change or rearrange the “code” at the source. This rewires deep-rooted patterns so that positive change can happen more naturally than ever before.

No! At least, it shouldn’t be. While you will be releasing things from your mind and body that have been possibly trapped for years, you are not intended to feel pain.

That said, you may expect some tears, yawning, burping, or similar as you release old negative or toxic thought patterns that your mind used to hold onto. These are all good signs!

Hypnotherapy is a mostly relaxing and deeply healing process that at times can even be fun! It’s the opposite of mind control – it’s mind freedom. Our goal is to gently address issues, and never re-traumatize your body.

Sessions typically last one hour. During the first portion, you’ll talk about what’s troubling you and the goals you have for yourself. We’ll measure where you’re at with numbers and quantify your goals.

Next, we will identify the core issues and then find their roots in a relaxed state and proceed to release/learn from them. 

We finish the session with a positive, calm, or elevated mood for you, and check with the original numbers to track your progress. 

When you pick a session package or program, you’ll get a pre-session workbook to set the goals up for the next 12 weeks. Past clients have achieved 98% success on those initial goals with this process.

Note: All sessions include a signature combination of hypnotherapy and neurocoaching (neuro-linguistic programming) so you’ll also benefit from a mix of therapeutic tools like regression therapy, TIME techniques, CBT, Councelling, EFT tapping, Life & Success coaching and more. All with your express consent.

You can expect to feel relief from the first session and to progressively see yourself taking action, sleeping better, saying kinder things to yourself, being less triggered or bothered by things and people, and following through with your own goals.

Healing takes time, but when your subconscious mind is aligned with your goals, life becomes easier, calmer, and more in flow. The results will depend on your own commitment to yourself, but they will be visible, audible, and measurable.
