Yes, of course. The #1 Priority is to help you feel good. That Simple. There’s no point in going to therapy or the doctor if you feel like shit afterward; my goal is to support your Well Being. Expect to feel good and laugh – often.
Here’s The Process Overview:
- First, you set up a starting call It can be a free call with me to decide which program or session-pack is best for you, or the first one from the Focus-Flex/Self-paced session pack you chose in our Plans and Pricing page.
- Next, you fill out a pre-session workbook. Setting your goals, identifying core limiting beliefs, and saving you both time and money. You’ll be ready to get results from the first session with this book.
- Then, you start your hypnotherapy and neurocoaching sessions. You relax, release, and feel better.
We see each other at a mutually convenient time via Zoom. You’ll be able to select the time on the online calendar directly and receive SMS and email reminders to make it easier for you. - We measure your progress session-to-session and decide next steps from there – together.
- On the 12-week program you’ll get audio/text support via Voxer, Mon-Fri from 9-17 CEST (Zurich Time)
- You’ll receive weekly funsignments to help you integrate your weekly progress and condition it into your body and identity to avoid the “yo-yo effect”.
- Finally, you see -and feel- yourself healthier and happier, with more emotional resilience and bandwidth than before.
Sessions typically last one hour. During the first portion, you’ll talk about what’s troubling you and the goals you have for yourself. We’ll measure where you’re at with numbers and quantify your goals.
Next, we will identify the core issues and then find their roots in a relaxed state and proceed to release/learn from them.
We finish the session with a positive, calm, or elevated mood for you, and check with the original numbers to track your progress.
When you pick a session package or program, you’ll get a pre-session workbook to set the goals up for the next 12 weeks. Past clients have achieved 98% success on those initial goals with this process.
Note: All sessions include a signature mix of hypnotherapy and neuro coaching (neuro-linguistic programming) so you’ll also benefit from a mix of therapeutic tools like regression therapy, TIME techniques, CBT, counseling, EFT tapping, Life & Success coaching, and more. All with your express consent.
The Focus-Flex or Self-Paced Sessions Are designed to support for short-term goals and solve specific/smaller issues. Also great to get a taste of the work we do and the results you can enjoy.

Therapy and Life Coaching can be complementary to each other. You’ll know intuititevely what suits your needs most.
Unfortunately, in Switzerland Hypnotherapy is not accepted by most health insurance companies as a valid treatment for the supplemental insurance (we’ve checked and we’re trying to make this possible!)
In order to make the sessions accessible to most people in Switzerland all session bundles and programs have payment plans and volume discounts.
In addition to Hypnotherapy in English and Neurocoaching or NLP, I offer a signature mix of the following holistic tools:
- EFT Tapping: a body-first (somatic) technique that helps regulate your body’s nervous system. Called “Emotional Freedom Technique” it is based on acupressure and has been used for Trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD relief since the early 1990s.

No, it’s never a problem to work on yourself. You can easily complement your Hypnotherapy and Neurocoaching program or sessions with any other healing modality that you find supportive. Your body will take what it needs from each one. Trust your intuition.
In general Joy Pursuit clients have never needed any additional practices to resolve the specific issue they come for. The work is done at the subconscious level, so the changes just “happen,” like tying your shoes or driving – you’re not conscious, but you do it anyway.
I may suggest little tasks or “funsingments” to reinforce and/or amplify the work we do in our sessions: like yin yoga before bed or even following an Instagram account. These tasks are usually important for your long-term success, and are yet easy to do or include in your existing routines.
About Hypnosis
Nope — you’ll be fully aware and in control the entire time. Hypnotherapy is just a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions. Think of it like a guided meditation with a purpose. You’re not asleep or out of it — you’re calm, focused, and more connected to your inner wisdom.
Hypnotherapy gets to the root of what’s keeping you stuck. Instead of just managing symptoms, we gently work with your subconscious to rewire old patterns, release emotional baggage, and plant new beliefs that support the version of you you’re becoming. It’s powerful, science-backed, and feels surprisingly relaxing.
The mind is 100% symbolic, so hypnotherapy addresses the root of issues through symbolism and imagery that is co-created in every session, allowing you to physically feel and release what is hidden in your subconscious in a very gentle way.

Great question. While it may feel magical, hypnotherapy and NLP are backed by neuroscience. Hypnosis changes your brainwaves and allows access to neuroplasticity — your brain’s ability to rewire itself. NLP uses proven patterns that shift your internal dialogue, habits, and emotional responses.
We work with your belief system, not mine. However, I believe that we’re all more than a body, we have energy, a mind, a heart, and yes, a soul of some sort. I’m open and receptive to all beliefs and forms of expressing life. I practice and believe in Metaphysics and I love authors like Louise Hay, Abraham Hicks, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Wayne Dyer.

Neurocoaching, based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), is a fast and effective approach to reshaping thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors leveraging your mind’s language and how you personally percieve the world.
NLP works by understanding and adjusting the subconscious language and “programming” that influences your daily life. If you hear someone say “Don’t think of a Blue Banana” you’ll likely think of a blue banana first. Why? Your mind can’t process negatives without creating an idea/picture/concept first. NLP understands how your mind thinks and shits the problematic concepts at the subconscious and identity level, making change feel natural and effortless.
Your brain operates like a computer, running habits and beliefs on autopilot. NLP works because it speaks the brain’s language—using specific techniques to “debug” outdated patterns and install more helpful ones. Instead of struggling with willpower alone, NLP helps you make changes at the root, often with results in just one session and with remarkable outcomes after a series of sessions.
